Meet the Staff

Jane Herr, PTA, CMT

Jane has practiced as a physical therapy assistant for over 20 years, is a certified massage therapist and has been trained in craniosacral therapy by the renowned Upledger Institute. She has worked in for many well-known clinics and institutions within the Twin Cities including, Coplin Physical Therapy, Sports Medicine Clinic, St. Paul Schools, Abbott Northwestern Hospital/Sister Kenny Institute, and Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology.

Jane grew up in St. Paul and thrives on interacting with patients and the healing aspects of her therapeutic work. She is married and shares her up-beat zest for life with her husband and two daughters. She is a tremendous asset to our team providing exercise rehab instruction, craniosacral therapy, and soft tissue therapy of all kinds including Swedish therapeutic massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, kinesio taping, and numerous other adjunctive therapies.
